Charnise Mothershed is an experienced, data-driven business professional and philanthropist who is motivated by her passion to positively influence people’s lives. She takes pride in developing process and systems which aim to help the greater good of communities while ensuring long-term sustainability for all.

Before taking on her role as COO, Charnise gained knowledge and experience in trust regulations, trust operations, and public benefits as the Sales and Marketing Director where she educated industry professionals on Trusts through presentations and one-on-one coaching.

Charnise holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University where she gained the tools necessary to be a Servant Leader. When she is not at the office, she enjoys watching sports, spending quality time with loved ones, and learning something new.
